Ladies, have you been thinking of starting yoga – but don’t want to join an ongoing class as you are worried you may be the only person who doesn’t know what they are doing?
Or perhaps think you are ‘too inflexible’ ‘too old’ or you’ve left it ‘too late to start’?
If so, my complete beginners yoga course is designed especially for you. I limit the numbers to just six people, so you will get attentive teaching and won’t be ‘lost in the crowd’.

The course runs for 8×1-hour classes, live online via Zoom. I will teach you yoga flow, balance, flexibility and breathing techniques. The course is run twice weekly on Monday and Wednesday mornings 8.00-9.00am, cost is just £80 for the full course (payable in advance).

This course is ideally suited to women 40-60’s who want to improve their level of fitness, get more flexible, strong and welcome their own me-time on their mat.
