Balance Your Soul – the workshop
Enjoy a relaxing yoga class lead by Claire (suitable for all levels), then wake up your senses with a cold water dip, guided by Cold Water Therapist Anna, followed by a sauna session, a hot drink and snack. Balance it all out with an extended meditation, and go home with a goodie bag and a restored soul!
