Sue Tupper Yoga

Friendly, welcoming yoga classes in several beautiful locations around the Alton area.

Sue has 25 years of yoga experience, and completed the 3 year (500 hour) training with the Inner Yoga Trust in 2015. She enjoys teaching all ages and abilities in class situations as well as 1:1 and small groups. Emphasising connections within ourselves and with nature, when possible her classes take place in outdoor locations including the grounds of Chawton House, Holybourne churchyard and even her Beach Hut at Hayling Island!
