Hi, I am an experienced yoga teacher based in Brentwood, Essex.

I offer Hatha Yoga classes with some vinyasa flow moves and private lessons. I also specialise in Pregnancy yoga.

I am teaching in Turkey this Summer if you like the idea of a yoga holiday.
