Anand Yoga (Kundalini Yoga Ringwood)

I teach Kundalini Yoga Classes in Ringwood, Verwood and Bournemouth.

I completed my teacher training in Rishikesh Northern India which was run by Golden Bridge Yoga. I was privileged to be instructed by some of the top Kundalini Yoga teachers from around the world. My level two training commenced in India in February 2015. I also have specialist Kundalini Yoga and meditation classes for people suffering from addictions/compulsive behaviours and depression and anxiety.

One to one tuition is also available.
