In my class there will be a mixture of styles including Iyangar,Hatha and Ashtanga. It’s a great way to escape the stresses of daily life.
The Room faces onto the stunning Mytchett Canal and the room is lit with candle light to help ease away stresses and allow you to become mindful and focus on your own personal practice.
