Rosewell centre

Rose well centre offers classes in both yoga and Pilates and Tai Chi. We have underfloor heating and a carpet to keep you comfortable while exercising. Class times are published on our website and bespoke options are available on request.

Evening yoga focus is calming and morning yoga is to wake you up. Shiatsu massage is also offered at the centre and personal development courses are published on our website.
