About Kundalini Yoga
Everybody can benefit from practising Kundalini Yoga and Meditation. During all exercises, the main focus is the awareness for all sensations in body, mind and emotions – to be mentally attentive and energetically expanding, to let be and let go. The improved relationship to our body, mind and spirit will result in better internal rapport, clarity and vitality.
Kundalini Yoga is a technology for self-transformation and personal development. Systematic enforcement of nervous system and glandular system improves physical, mental and emotional stability and yields increased awareness, sensitivity and vitality. Kundalini shakti, the primal vital energy, will be awakened, distributed and applied gently and safely in the whole human being to live a happy, healthy and fulfilled life.
Meditation cleanses the subconsciousness, yields a serviceful mind, and leads the practitioner into deep experience of the existence.
Practicing Kundalini Yoga brings you into a state of stillness, balance and refreshment. You feel relaxed, awakened, centred and powerful – as if body, mind and soul just had a very uplifting conversation.
