Denises yoga

Yoga classes are face to face but can be zoom if preferred.
Covid risk assessments are ongoing and venues are open again.
My Yoga classes incorporate many different styles of yoga including Hatha, Iyengar and Scaravelli . I trained with British wheel of yoga and Alison Hogy and Wendy Teasdill-pregnancy yoga.
These differing styles feed into pregnancy, mum and baby, general yoga classes and a restorative evening class.
I’m really looking forward to sharing  your yoga journey and the many benefits it may brin you.

CLASSES ARE:

Monday’s 7pm to 815pm general hatha and restorative class
@ Wabi Sabi studio hexham cost £8
Beginners welcome

Tuesdays 10-11.15am @Horsley WI....all are welcome
General class cost £8

Tuesdays 630pm -745pm Pregnancy yoga from 16 weeks of pregnancy to birth @ Wabi Sabi studio …cost £10 class

Wednesdays 10-11.15am @Snods edge village hall ..all are welcome- this class is presently on zoom

....i am awaiting a new venue for mum and baby post natal class on Friday mornings
