Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra classes, events and workshops, corporate, 1:1's in and around the Sleaford, Grantham, Bourne areas of Lincolnshire.
I teach in a friendly, relaxed, and accessible way that empowers you to really connect, listen to your body and move in a way that feels nourishing to you, without judgment, with an understanding & acceptance of your own limitations.
I truly believe that yoga is for everyone and for everyBODY no matter how flexible you think you are.
I hope to create a safe, welcoming space for you to connect back to yourself, so that you feel at ease, well stretched, revitalised, but most importantly, fulfilled & present in mind & body.
All my classes are 90 mins long.
Private 1:1 sessions also available.

I have been practicing yoga for many years and have had many and varied teachers during this time.
Anna is right there at the top, great teacher with a sense of humour to match. She should go far!
I love my yoga sessions with Anna. She is all about improving your body and reversing the damage of a modern sedentary lifestyle. She has a lovely bubbly but calm manner which instantly relaxes and encourages. A fantastic teacher.
Top teacher. Anna knows her stuff and welcomes, and can adapt to, all comers – whatever state you’re in. Although she takes the spiritual side seriously she’s not the slightest bit po faced about it, in fact she’s got a lovely sense of humour, and if that’s not your thing it’s fine, take it or leave it, she doesn’t push it down your throat.
Would thoroughly recommend, you’ve got nothing to lose, much to gain.
Anna’s classes are great ,she always welcomes you with her lovely smile and puts you at ease with her great sense of fun . Clearly explains what we are doing and why, she always encourages you to work with your own body and within your own limits. I really feel able to immerse myself in what we are doing and get the most out of my Yoga sessions . Looking forward to my next one, thanks Anna
Anna has steadfastly provided her yoga classes over zoom during the long lockdown months. It is a pleasure to join her, she is consistently welcoming and caring and puts so much thought into supporting her students, whatever their level. Great classes!
I love yoga with Anne, she is a great teacher; inspiring, full of fun and with the most beautiful voice and manner, she manages a perfect mix of yoga for both mind and body. I always leave our yoga sessions feeling wonderfully calm and restored…. highly recommend.
I have practicing yoga for 15 years and Anna has been a solid good teacher amongst the many I had. She is calm, collected , hard working and fun at the same time. Is great to have such great sessions on walking distance . Teaching yoga is very important for Anna and it reflects on the care and attention she spends on preparing and delivering the sessions. I hope she will continue to teach us for long time.
Great yoga classes. Anna is always welcoming and her classes are fun and relaxing. She always takes the time to explain the postures correctly. something I find isn’t always the case with other yoga classes. Great variety in her classes, clear explanations of the various aspects of yoga, relaxation, breathing etc. Highly recommended.
I greatly look forward to my weekly class with Anna. She puts great effort into preparing for classes, always offering new insights and encouragement. She always offers a sense of calm and reflection, while keeping a sense of humour and lightheartedness to her approach. Her classes are very accessible, offering a wonderful balance of philosophy and technical approach, as well as options to ease or add difficulty to the moves to suit your own needs. I’d highly recommend her classes to people of varying experience and abilities.
Anna brings her passion for yoga to her classes, her enthusiasm is infectious but she is also mindful that each member of the class is an individual and as such encourages everyone to work within their own capabilities making yoga accessible to all. I look forward to continuing to practice yoga with Anna in the new year.
Just amazing – Anna is simply the lovliest person and her class is the best I’ve ever attended. Can’t recommend highly enough and would give more than five stars if possible!!
I don’t get to many of Anna’s regular classes, just the occasional event but when I do join, Anna makes everyone feel welcome and accommodates all abilities. I the events that Anna does are just a wonderful reminder that we need to step out of our busy lives and just be. I come away feeling positive, re-charged but calm, I always sleep well!
I’d recommend Anna to anyone looking to explore different yoga styles, or those experienced- Anna caters for everyone. She is a great yoga teacher.
Fantastic Yoga teacher. Very well prepared and thought out classes in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Anna takes the time to explain each position, catering for everyones individual needs. Last Sunday, my mind and body were as one following a beautiful session with Anna
If anyone is thinking of yoga, but worried that they “couldn’t keep up”, Anna makes the moves as advanced as you like…but she adapts to everyone. In my case a rapidly deteriorating arthritic hip, replacement, and rehab.
If you can make it through the door, she’s got something for you.
Beautiful day at Anna’s yoga retreat. A great balance of yoga, personal reflection, walking, nature and yummy food.
